A busy town near three golf courses and two marinas close by. Other attractions like the water parks and health clubs, added to a relaxed beach atmosphere give Vera Playa a level of suburban comfort popular with those who prefer a flat beach terrain to mountainous dwellings. The town itself has a lovely plaza next to the church and has the same type of amenities as Garrucha. Vera Playa is growing into a very popular holiday destination, with a number of new properties being built in order to meet demand. It offers an 8km stretch of sandy white beach which has been awarded a blue flag.
