A luxurious, air-conditioned 2-bedroom apartment located on a pretty and spacious complex. The apartment comprises of 2 double bedrooms (One Double, one twin) and two bathrooms, one of which is an ensuite to the master double bedroom. The living / dining area is fully furnished with sliding doors out to a private terrace area. The spacious kitchen / utility room is fully equipped and fitted.
The complex has a large communal pool as well as separate children’s pool, both which are surrounded by communal garden areas equipped with parasols and shaded areas. In addition there is also an indoor heated pool, so whatever time of year you visit you can enjoy a refreshing swim. This complex has been designed and created with families and children in mind, with both a safe gated entrance and no cars permitted into the complex itself. There is also a Children’s play area.
The blue flag beaches of Garrucha and Mojacar are only a 5-minute drive away and the Vera Water park is within 10 minutes walking distance of the complex. Garrucha is a fishing port / town which boasts some of the best fish restaurants in the area. Mojacar Playa is easy accessible and offers easy parking, miles of beach and numerous shops, bars and restaurants. The complex is also close enough to explore the surrounding are and both Vera Town and Mojacar Pueblo still have the charms of traditional Spanish culture and have regular markets.
There are 4-golf courses within a 15-minute drive and located only 55 minutes from Almeria Airport, this complex has it all.

| Dates marked as booked on the calendar include both the date of arrival and date of departure, although price is calculated on the actual number of nights booked. Please be advised that our property occupation times are Arrival from 2pm and Departure by 10am. If you wish to stay in the apartment longer on your day of departure, and we can accommodate your request, there will be a nominal fee of 50 Euros for this extension.
