The property consists of a large living / dining room leading out onto the long terrace with stunning views of the sea front. There is a large modern, fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, one double and 2 single all fitted with built-in wardrobes. The main bathroom has a walk in shower, the secondry a wc and wash basin. There is air conditioning in the living area only but ceiling fans throughout the bedrooms. This apartment is very well laid out and in a prime position for all the local amenities.

The complex offers a swimming pool.

This centrally located apartment is on the main bus route allowing easy access to the nearby Mojacar Pueblo, fishing port of Garrucha, and local markets in the area.

If golf is your past-time the new course has recently opened at Macenas, or you can choose from several other courses in close proximity of Mojacar.

 (3 Months +)		  600 €  All arrivals must be on a weekday within office hours. Long term checkouts must be on a weekday within office hours. Out of hours arrivals/departures can be accommodated at an additional charge. Out of hours checkouts will be completed on the first working day by a Rentmojacar representative, with bonds refunded by transfer.
Dates marked as booked on the calendar include both the date of arrival and date of departure, although price is calculated on the actual number of nights booked. Please be advised that our property occupation times are Arrival from 2pm and Departure by 10am. If you wish to stay in the apartment longer on your day of departure, and we can accommodate your request, there will be a nominal fee of 50 Euros for this extension. Please contact our office directly for further information regarding this service.
