The master bedroom has a double bed, and access on to the terrace and the twin bedroom has two single beds. The apartment features hot and cold air conditioning throughout and for total peace of mind, a security alarm has been installed. There is an allocated parking space directly outside the property.

Within the complex there is a Padel Tennis court, a children’s play area and two pool areas, both of which feature separate infant pools. The complex is enclosed and has a secure entrance gate, which can only be accessed by residents or invited guests. There is also a new supermarket only a few hundred meters from the Complex. Lomos Del Mar is located centrally along Vera Playa and the complex is only a short distance from amenities, with the beach only a few minutes drive away. Neighbouring towns Garrucha and Mojacar Playa are great places to explore and have some wonderful shops, bars and restaurants. Choices of Championship Golf Courses are also very close by.
