This modern apartment is situated on the ground floor with all bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave and washing machine. The master bedroom has a private ensuite and there is also a good-sized bathroom with full bath and shower overhead.
Nearby there are some wonderful golf courses including Desert Springs, the only desert course in Europe. For skiers, the Sierra Nevada Mountains are approximately 2 hours drive to the west. For the children there is the Vera Water Park just 5 minutes from the apartment. Also there are many interesting places to visit in the immediate vicinity, including Garrucha, Mojacar Playa and Mojacar Pueblo, a medieval village in the foothills.

| Dates marked as booked on the calendar include both the date of arrival and date of departure, although price is calculated on the actual number of nights booked. Please be advised that our property occupation times are Arrival from 2pm and Departure by 10am. If you wish to stay in the apartment longer on your day of departure, and we can accommodate your request, there will be a nominal fee of 50 Euros for this extension.
