This two-bedroom apartment is located on the second floor and easily accessible by stairs or lift. As this is a new property the apartment has been furnished to a high standard throughout and has been equipped with fully integral air-conditioning and satellite television. The dining area is located at the far end of the lounge area and the property has a separate kitchen, which has been fully equipped with microwave, washing machine and dishwasher. So for family harmony there is no need to have any discussions over the washing up!



The property has two bedrooms. There is a large master bedroom, which has it’s own private access out onto the spacious terrace. There is also a good-sized twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom. There is also a safe and videophone entrance device within the apartment, therefore ensuring personal security is maximised.



This complex has been designed with up to date personal security features and above all peace of mind. There is a CCTV system as well as controlled security at the main gate. The property has it’s own private parking space and within the complex there are lifts as well as landscaped gardens, a large communal pool and walkways. The steeped level of the complex means that the terrace area is located above street level & overlooks the communal pool and sea front. The complex is located centrally along Mojacar Playa, so is within walking distance from local amenities, including bars and restaurants as well as the beachfront.

Out of hours checkouts will be completed on the first working day by a Rentmojacar representative, with bonds refunded by transfer.
Dates marked as booked on the calendar include both the date of arrival and date of departure, although price is calculated on the actual number of nights booked. Please be advised that our property occupation times are Arrival from 2pm and Departure by 10am. If you wish to stay in the apartment longer on your day of departure, and we can accommodate your request, there will be a nominal fee of 50 Euros for this extension.
