The villa has a private gated entrance and offers a spacious lounge and dining area, Satellite TV and a DVD player/recorder. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, hob, combination microwave, fridge-freezer, washing machine and dish-washer, so is ideal for any self-catering holiday.
The property has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and air-conditioning throughout the property.
Outside you will find a private, south facing terrace and garden area with orange and lemon trees, offering spectacular mountain views.
This Villa is located only 100 metres from the beach and also close to all local amenities, bars and restaurants. For those who want to explore further afield, the bus route is only minutes away from the front door, and for those who like to walk and explore by foot, Mojácar is at your beck and call.

| Dates marked as booked on the calendar include both the date of arrival and date of departure, although price is calculated on the actual number of nights booked. Please be advised that our property occupation times are Arrival from 2pm and Departure by 10am. If you wish to stay in the apartment longer on your day of departure, and we can accommodate your request, there will be a nominal fee of 50 Euros for this extension.
