In 2017 Rentmojacar has redesigned and relaunched the website in order to bring it up to date and compatible with modern technologies.

Rentmojacar is the leading Property Management and Rental Agency based in Mojacar but also covering Vera/Vera Playa, specialising solely on renting and maintaining your property in Spain.

We pride ourselves on exceptional customer care and service and this in turn allows us to offer high quality rental properties to our ever expanding property database.

It is our job to ensure that you are relaxed and at ease when renting out your home and we can and do guarantee complete peace of mind.

Communication is an essential part of our work and we will always ensure that you are kept in the loop.

Our policy is to offer a high level of service to our owner, including administrative support for bookings (including no charges for processing owners own bookings), ensuring that all properties meet the requirements of the Tourism Regulations in Andalucia introduceed in 2016 (see more information on this subject under news including applying for the licence where necessary), guidance on local taxes, supplying 24hr Emergency carelines and a fully qualified in-house maintenance team to deal with all those "little" problems which can make renting out your second home so stressful.

We offer an out of hours "Meet and Greet" Service where we will arrange a convenient location as a meeting point and then escort any friends or family members to the property, making sure that their arrival is as stress free as possible. We understand that your home here in Spain is as important as your primary residence and therefore carry out guaranteed fortnightly inspections on every property to ensure that any problems are identified and remedied at the earliest possible opportunity.

Our fully bi-lingual team opens the doors to not only the expat rental community but also to all European clients, which now form the majority of the holidaymakers travelling to the beautiful areas of Mojacar and Vera. Our extensive marketing allows us to capture clients from all over Europe and we have a large number of returning Spanish clients and remain committed to providing good quality holidays to family groups. To this end Rentmojacar does not, and will continue not to, accept bookings from same sex groups or groups of under 25 year olds.

Additional Services

Cleaning:

Your property will be thoroughly cleaned before every arrival, including all required beds being made and towels provided. All patio furniture will be placed on the terraces. On departure all dirty laundry will be removed, food and rubbish will be disposed of, patio furniture will be placed inside and the property will be checked for damages before being secured. Key Collection:

Keys can be collected free of charge during office hours. For arrivals outside these hours refer to the Meet & Greet service.

Meet & Greet Service:

A Rentmojacar representative will meet you guests at a designated place in order to escort them to their holiday accommodation. We will familiarise them with the property, i.e. use of the air conditioning systems, satellite TV etc, and the surrounding area. (NB: For arrivals into resort after 11pm, keys will be held in out night storage safes for collection by your guest) CLICK HERE to see our price list

Welcome Pack:

All guests will be given an information pack, giving them information on things to do in the area and emergency numbers.

Welcome Continental Breakfast Packs:

These can be ordered in advance and placed in the property for arrival. The pack includes a variety of pastries, cereal, yoghurts, jam, butter, fruit juice, tea, coffee, sugar, milk & water. You can customise this package to meet your specific requirements. CLICK HERE to see our price list.

Emergency Contact:

Rentmojacar will provide you, and your guests, with a 24-hour emergency telephone number.

General Maintenance & Gardening:

An experienced member of the team will carry out any necessary maintenance work and repairs with your consent. In addition, we have a portfolio of proven and reliable tradesman with whom we contract wherever necessary. Maintenance & gardening is charged at an hourly rate and receipts for any purchases made on you behalf are held in our office for your inspection. CLICK HERE to see our price list.


What we ask from you

  • To ensure that your property is ‘ready’ for renting. Cleaning bills increase if there are too many personal items in the property. People renting property prefer the ‘less is more’ approach.
  • To ensure all owners bookings are notified to the office using the RentMojacar owners booking forms. The provision of flight details and party numbers is paramount. The office will be unable to process your booking without this information.
  • All food items must be removed from the property at the end of each rental unless a prior arrangement has been made with the office.
  • Three full sets of linen for each bed in the property to be provided and clearly marked.
  • A locked cupboard for storing laundry and items of a personal nature.
  • Rentmojacar will manage your property in its entirety. We are no longer able to accept properties which are being ‘looked after’ by friends or neighbours (new clients only).
