This is a lovely apartment on the second floor of the “Alboroke” urbanisation on Mojacar Playa with beautiful sea views from the large south facing terrace that measures 26m2. Although the apartment is on the second floor, there are in fact only a few steps down from the parking area to the front door. This means there is very easy access from the numbered parking space to the property. The complex is only a few minutes’ walk from the beach, the promenade and several restaurants and bars, yet it is a peaceful area from which to enjoy the views.

Coming through the front door, you come straight into the spacious living - dining room with an American style open plan kitchen. There are patio windows leading out to the south facing terrace for al fresco dining. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with an electric hob and oven, dishwasher, microwave, frig and coffee machine. There is a window looking out to the rear communal area for extra light and ventilation.

The complex is a 5-minute walk from the beach from the promenade, restaurants and bars. There is a large selection of restaurants, bars and beach bars down on the sea front which is 450 metres away. The complex itself is located in a very quiet road, surrounded by mountains and greenery.
