There is a terrace to the rear of the villa which has the sun for a large part of the day and a private garden. There is also a driveway for a car.

The development is set amongst landscaped gardens with water features throughout.

There is a large outdoor swimming pool, with a paddling pool for the smaller children as well as tennis courts.

Off site there are two large excellent supermarkets within a 15 minute walk or a 4 minute drive, as well as restaurants, shops and a water park.

Please be advised that our property occupation times are Arrival from 2pm and Departure by 10am. If you wish to stay in the apartment longer on your day of departure, and we can accommodate your request, there will be a nominal fee of 50 Euros for this extension.
